Sour Berries mixes dark and red berries with a sharp, tangy edge. The sourness is the point here, and it keeps the pouch from turning sickly the way some sweet berry flavours can. It is one of the fresher tasting cans in the full-size Iceberg range.
Strength is printed as 70mg/g on the lid. That number describes the nicotine in a gram of pouch material, not a single pouch, but it still puts this can near the top of our shelves, so experienced users only. The same flavour also comes as Mini Sour Berries, labelled 30mg, if you would rather start smaller.

How to use nicotine pouches
Nicotine pouches couldn't be simpler to use — no spitting, no smoke, no fuss:
- Take one pouch and place it under your top lip, between the gum and lip.
- You'll feel a gentle tingle as the nicotine and flavour release — this is normal.
- Leave it in for up to 20–40 minutes; there's no need to chew or swallow.
- When you're done, remove it and dispose of it responsibly (many cans have a handy top compartment).
New to pouches? Start with a lower strength and work your way up as your tolerance builds.
What are nicotine pouches?
Nicotine pouches — often called "snus" — are small, discreet pouches that sit under your lip and deliver nicotine through the gum. Unlike traditional snus, they contain no tobacco, using purified nicotine instead.
They're smoke-free, spit-free and leave no lingering smell, making them a clean, convenient alternative to smoking or vaping. Available in a huge range of flavours and strengths, there's a pouch for every preference.
How are our prices so low?
