Sweet Mint is the plainest name in the Iceberg lineup, and it does exactly what it says on the tin. A soft, sugary mint comes first, followed by a gentle cooling feel rather than an icy blast. If you have used a sweet mint from other brands, the taste will feel familiar.
Where it differs is the strength. The lid reads 70mg/g, meaning milligrams per gram of pouch, and mint tends to make a strong pouch feel stronger again. As such, this is the Iceberg I would treat with the most respect. If you want the flavour without the full weight, the Mini Sweet Mint is the same idea in a smaller pouch.

How to use nicotine pouches
Nicotine pouches couldn't be simpler to use — no spitting, no smoke, no fuss:
- Take one pouch and place it under your top lip, between the gum and lip.
- You'll feel a gentle tingle as the nicotine and flavour release — this is normal.
- Leave it in for up to 20–40 minutes; there's no need to chew or swallow.
- When you're done, remove it and dispose of it responsibly (many cans have a handy top compartment).
New to pouches? Start with a lower strength and work your way up as your tolerance builds.
What are nicotine pouches?
Nicotine pouches — often called "snus" — are small, discreet pouches that sit under your lip and deliver nicotine through the gum. Unlike traditional snus, they contain no tobacco, using purified nicotine instead.
They're smoke-free, spit-free and leave no lingering smell, making them a clean, convenient alternative to smoking or vaping. Available in a huge range of flavours and strengths, there's a pouch for every preference.
