Shipping policy

 

Shipping 

We dispatch goods on working days only (Monday to Friday). Weekends are not working days. This means that if you order after 1 pm on Friday, your order is dispatched the next working day, which is Monday.

  • Express aims to deliver the next working day including Saturdays however please allow up 1-2 days for the order to arrive. (orders are dispatched same day if ordered before 1pm)
  • Standard – Delivery in 2-3 working days including Saturday's (orders are dispatched same day if ordered before 1pm

 

 

Any fees imposed are you own responsibility, and if you to refuse to pay, the package will likely get returned to us. If we receive the goods back you can be refunded for the cost of the goods but NOT the shipping.

Dispatch Times

Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next business day.

Courier & Delivery

All international orders are shipped via Royal Mail International.


Delivery times can vary, but most customers receive their orders within 3–12 business days.

Please note: Delays may occur due to customs processing or public holidays

Discreet Packaging

All orders are packed discreetly with no branding or reference to contents on the outside of the parcel.
