How to use nicotine pouches
Nicotine pouches couldn't be simpler to use — no spitting, no smoke, no fuss:
- Take one pouch and place it under your top lip, between the gum and lip.
- You'll feel a gentle tingle as the nicotine and flavour release — this is normal.
- Leave it in for up to 20–40 minutes; there's no need to chew or swallow.
- When you're done, remove it and dispose of it responsibly (many cans have a handy top compartment).
New to pouches? Start with a lower strength and work your way up as your tolerance builds.
What are nicotine pouches?
Nicotine pouches — often called "snus" — are small, discreet pouches that sit under your lip and deliver nicotine through the gum. Unlike traditional snus, they contain no tobacco, using purified nicotine instead.
They're smoke-free, spit-free and leave no lingering smell, making them a clean, convenient alternative to smoking or vaping. Available in a huge range of flavours and strengths, there's a pouch for every preference.
How are our prices so low?
We're an online-first store run by genuine snus enthusiasts, not a high-street chain with big overheads. Our buying power lets us source the biggest brands in bulk, direct — and we pass those savings straight on to you.
Fresh stock, fast turnover and honest, stable pricing. No inflated shelf prices, no gimmicks.
77 Cola & Vanilla: The Best 77 Snus Australia Can
In my opinion, 77 Cola & Vanilla is the best can in the whole 77 snus Australia range. The vanilla takes the sharp edge off the cola, the pouch barely drips, and the whole thing tastes like a cola float (if you know, you know). Once you have tried it, it can be difficult to look elsewhere. The 20mg lid figure is per gram, so each pouch holds less, placing it a comfortable step above a 6mg ZYN.
It is sent tracked, dispatched the same weekday if you order before the cut-off, and lands in roughly 5–7 days. Free shipping over £199, and Mix & Match takes 10% off ten cans or 20% off twenty.
Does Cola & Vanilla drip?
Hardly at all, which is one reason it tops our list. The flavour stays in the pouch.
Is it sweet?
Sweet but rounded. The vanilla makes it creamy rather than sugary, and it lasts the full load.
