How to use nicotine pouches
Nicotine pouches couldn't be simpler to use — no spitting, no smoke, no fuss:
- Take one pouch and place it under your top lip, between the gum and lip.
- You'll feel a gentle tingle as the nicotine and flavour release — this is normal.
- Leave it in for up to 20–40 minutes; there's no need to chew or swallow.
- When you're done, remove it and dispose of it responsibly (many cans have a handy top compartment).
New to pouches? Start with a lower strength and work your way up as your tolerance builds.
What are nicotine pouches?
Nicotine pouches — often called "snus" — are small, discreet pouches that sit under your lip and deliver nicotine through the gum. Unlike traditional snus, they contain no tobacco, using purified nicotine instead.
They're smoke-free, spit-free and leave no lingering smell, making them a clean, convenient alternative to smoking or vaping. Available in a huge range of flavours and strengths, there's a pouch for every preference.
How are our prices so low?
We're an online-first store run by genuine snus enthusiasts, not a high-street chain with big overheads. Our buying power lets us source the biggest brands in bulk, direct — and we pass those savings straight on to you.
Fresh stock, fast turnover and honest, stable pricing. No inflated shelf prices, no gimmicks.
77 Fresh Mint USA: The Gentle 77 Mint
77 Fresh Mint USA is the closest thing in the 77 range to a Zyn Cool Mint, a clean, straight mint without the frost. That makes it the easiest first 77 for a US buyer coming from mint pouches. The 12mg on the lid is per gram of pouch material, not per pouch, and the 12mg cans carry around 60% of the nicotine of the 20mg ones. As such, it sits in the gentler part of the range.
We dispatch tracked, the same day for weekday orders placed before the cut-off, and it reaches the US in roughly 5–7 days. Shipping is free on orders over £100.
Is Fresh Mint good for a first-time 77 buyer?
Yes. The flavor is familiar and the strength is on the soft side.
Does it taste like spearmint or peppermint?
It sits between the two, clean and cool without being sharp.
