How to use nicotine pouches
Nicotine pouches couldn't be simpler to use — no spitting, no smoke, no fuss:
- Take one pouch and place it under your top lip, between the gum and lip.
- You'll feel a gentle tingle as the nicotine and flavour release — this is normal.
- Leave it in for up to 20–40 minutes; there's no need to chew or swallow.
- When you're done, remove it and dispose of it responsibly (many cans have a handy top compartment).
New to pouches? Start with a lower strength and work your way up as your tolerance builds.
What are nicotine pouches?
Nicotine pouches — often called "snus" — are small, discreet pouches that sit under your lip and deliver nicotine through the gum. Unlike traditional snus, they contain no tobacco, using purified nicotine instead.
They're smoke-free, spit-free and leave no lingering smell, making them a clean, convenient alternative to smoking or vaping. Available in a huge range of flavours and strengths, there's a pouch for every preference.
How are our prices so low?
We're an online-first store run by genuine snus enthusiasts, not a high-street chain with big overheads. Our buying power lets us source the biggest brands in bulk, direct — and we pass those savings straight on to you.
Fresh stock, fast turnover and honest, stable pricing. No inflated shelf prices, no gimmicks.
Glitch Ice Cool USA: A Clean Mint Step Up
Glitch Ice Cool USA is the sensible mint in the lineup, the one you can keep in all day at a desk or on a long commute. It tastes clean and cool rather than aggressive, which makes it the easiest switch for a regular Spearmint or Cool Mint Zyn user. The lid says 16mg, printed per gram, so it is not the same yardstick as a Zyn. In practice it feels like a clear step up from a 6mg can, with a soft slim pouch that sits flat.
It ships tracked, the same weekday if you order before the cut-off, and arrives in roughly 5–7 days. Orders over £100 ship free, and Ice Cool qualifies for Mix & Match, 10% off 10+ cans and 20% off 20+.
Is Ice Cool strong?
Stronger than a 6mg Zyn, but not in the heavy end of the market. It is a comfortable middle ground.
Should I get Ice Cool or Frozen Mint?
Ice Cool if you want an everyday mint, Frozen Mint if you want the cold to hit hard. Plenty of people keep one of each.
