How to use nicotine pouches
Nicotine pouches couldn't be simpler to use — no spitting, no smoke, no fuss:
- Take one pouch and place it under your top lip, between the gum and lip.
- You'll feel a gentle tingle as the nicotine and flavour release — this is normal.
- Leave it in for up to 20–40 minutes; there's no need to chew or swallow.
- When you're done, remove it and dispose of it responsibly (many cans have a handy top compartment).
New to pouches? Start with a lower strength and work your way up as your tolerance builds.
What are nicotine pouches?
Nicotine pouches — often called "snus" — are small, discreet pouches that sit under your lip and deliver nicotine through the gum. Unlike traditional snus, they contain no tobacco, using purified nicotine instead.
They're smoke-free, spit-free and leave no lingering smell, making them a clean, convenient alternative to smoking or vaping. Available in a huge range of flavours and strengths, there's a pouch for every preference.
How are our prices so low?
We're an online-first store run by genuine snus enthusiasts, not a high-street chain with big overheads. Our buying power lets us source the biggest brands in bulk, direct — and we pass those savings straight on to you.
Fresh stock, fast turnover and honest, stable pricing. No inflated shelf prices, no gimmicks.
POWER Ice City USA
POWER Ice City USA is the mint for people with back-to-back calls and no time to step outside. It is cold, bright and clean, and it is the one I would point any Cool Mint Zyn user toward first. The nicotine arrives quickly, which suits a short window before a meeting. The can is listed at 20mg, and we have not confirmed whether that is per pouch or per gram, but either way it sits above the strongest Zyn while staying well short of the extreme European brands.
Weekday orders before the cut-off ship the same day, tracked, and land in roughly 5–7 days. Free shipping from £100, and Ice City counts toward Mix & Match, 10% off 10+ cans or 20% off 20+.
Is Ice City too strong for a 6mg Zyn user?
It is a real step up, so keep the first pouch short and see how it feels before using it all day.
Does the mint fade quickly?
No, it holds its freshness through the load even as the nicotine settles, which is its best trait.
